The place is really trendy, the staff are very helpful, friendly, and attentive. Unfortunately, I didn't enjoy my meal (it was a set menu for the evening).

We ate at a restaurant in Carcassonne at the end of August 2026. There's a lovely courtyard with an impressive chestnut tree 🌳. The food, we had various vegetarian tapas and wine, was delicious 😋. The staff were very friendly and attentive, however, we had to wait far too long for our food 😢. In my opinion, it wasn't even the fault of the service staff, but rather the organization of the processes – perhaps it was just an off day. But the place is definitely worth a visit 👋

A wonderful experience. Magnificent setting. We saw it at midday while strolling, and stopped by in the evening for a drink. We received a very warm welcome.

We came for a drink after dinner. The setting is lovely with the pink-tinted ramparts, and the prices are really reasonable for the city! We recommend this place! Service is only at the bar; we didn't understand the purpose of the waiters, but the bar service was quick and efficient!

26/08/2026: Well located, but the floor heats up. The chairs aren't very practical. The pizza I ordered was very, very flat and didn't resemble the pizzas you get elsewhere at all; it had no topping and looked a bit like an industrial pizza. Simon's hot Camembert was very good.
23/08/2026: Excellent local products and very pleasant staff, thank you, don't change a thing!
