We went for a drink and sat outside around a big wine cask. Large choice of beverages and very pleasant and cool atmosphere. From your "table" you will have a nice view of the cathedral while enjoying the summer under large trees. The waitresses were quite pleasant and their command of English allowed us to satisfy all our wishes without the usual language misunderstandings. We can only recommend if you like bars that are not stiff but young, trendy and out in the open !

A beautiful location in the shade to sit for a nice cool drink. The cassoulet was good but cold in the middle. The calamari was amazing.

Great experience yesterday and in good company :) The atmosphere was super chill and cozy, we loved it! The mixed charcuterie and cheese platter was very good, and a special mention to our waiter Robin who was incredibly attentive, always with a big smile, and who recommended a very good bottle of red wine! I think a little raise would be well deserved ;) See you very soon!

03/01/2026: I discovered this bakery/pastry shop quite by chance during my recent stay in Carcassonne, and I was very pleasantly surprised. Freshness, quality, price, service—everything is perfect. I highly recommend it.
