A real treat! I tried the salmon with peanuts and fried rice; it was absolutely delicious, bursting with flavor. Everything is homemade, and you can tell. The service is impeccable, attentive, and they think of everything. The welcome is warm, and the place is very friendly. A wonderful discovery; I'll gladly return!

Tried it yesterday for lunch with my colleagues from work 👍 Quite a few dishes on the menu looked tempting. I opted for the salmon with peanuts. Several colleagues had the Caesar salad, which was generously garnished. Another colleague had the octopus salad. We all enjoyed it. We'll be back to try other dishes and the desserts we didn't have time to try!

Bistro Fregate

23/02/2026: I've been going to Bistro Frégate for over 10 years, often with my family. The food is excellent and reasonably priced, in a great atmosphere. The location is prime. The staff is always very professional, friendly, and energetic. The place is impeccably clean. The nearby parking is a real bonus.
01/02/2026: A fabulous Sunday lunch! A very warm welcome, a great location by the sea, comfortable seating, and a cozy atmosphere. The meal was excellent, with magnificent salmon starters followed by a fabulous lamb tagine as a main course. What more can I say? We simply had a wonderful meal. Everything was perfect. The service team was young, friendly, and very pleasant. I recommend it 1000%! Kudos to the owner for his discreet presence and the quality of his staff.
