The food was truly excellent. I thoroughly enjoyed the strawberry and tomato gazpacho, the salmon tartare (we split the starters 50/50) with cucumber ice cream, and then the sea bream fillet (if I remember correctly) with lemon sauce, grilled fennel, and cooked radishes! I'll definitely be making this at home... the dessert, a floating island, was also very good, although a bit too caramelized for my taste. And a very good Moscow Mule as an appetizer. Plus, the chef was kind enough to come and check if everything was alright.

Dishes prepared with excellent ingredients; we especially loved the suspended skewer (a very original presentation 😁). The homemade sauce was amazing! We received a very warm welcome and helpful advice about our meals.
