One of the best and most creative menus we've ever eaten. Very unusual with extraordinary combinations. French cuisine refined by a top Japanese chef. I don't understand why he hasn't received a star from the Michelin Guide yet. Cuisine of the highest caliber.

It was delicious! However, there were a lot of flies flying around, and the service provided by the female staff didn't really suit us. That was my impression.

Having already been here four years ago, I'm discovering a beautiful garden at the back of the restaurant today. The cuisine is as innovative as ever, and above all, excellent! It's original, it's beautiful, but above all, it's very good, and that's the most important thing. Congratulations to the entire team. A must-visit address.

Le Bénaton delivered on every level — the ingredients were incredibly fresh, the presentation was refined and artistic, and the flavors were soft, subtle, and perfectly balanced. Every dish felt thoughtful and elegant without being overdone. A true culinary gem in Beaune — highly recommended!
