A very nice romantic meal with my husband... we opted for the €70 set menu... it was very good... generous portions... very pleasant service and perfect wine recommendation... The only downside is that the bill can quickly add up...

A wonderful restaurant I always want to visit when I'm in Beaune.
I was a little nervous on my first visit, but the lovely madam gave me a warm welcome.
The calm atmosphere allows you to relax and enjoy your meal and wine; it's a truly wonderful experience.
I had the tasting menu. Each dish, made with seasonal ingredients, was refined and superb.
The wine list is also extensive and very satisfying.
I will definitely visit again when I'm in Beaune!
Reservations are essential as it's a popular restaurant!

A warm atmosphere, welcoming service, and a meticulously crafted wine list that the staff honestly guides you through to choose your wine. For me, the pork belly (cooked for 48 hours) was an immense delight, where textures and flavors blended in perfect harmony. I highly recommend it to anyone passing through this charming town.

Excellent experience at Relais des Saulx!
Last night's meal was truly remarkable: flavorful, well-executed dishes that were a real pleasure from start to finish. Special mention also goes to the wine list, with its wide selection that allows for some excellent pairings.
The waitress was incredibly kind, attentive, and professional, which made the experience even more enjoyable.
We paid €220 for two set menus and a dish for our daughter—very good value for money considering the quality offered.
We loved it and will definitely be back!

We came as a family for dinner on a Friday evening; this restaurant had been recommended to us by a local shopkeeper. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal, with a special mention for the scallop carpaccio, which was delicious.
And I would like to commend the kindness and attentiveness of the person who looked after us, especially with our tired two-year-old son.
Finally, the place is cozy and pleasant; we felt very comfortable there!

My starter and main course were delicious, however, I much less enjoyed the dessert which I found rather ordinary considering the price of €13, I paid €75 per person for a starter + a main course + a dessert and a glass of wine… I found that a bit expensive, otherwise the setting is very pleasant, but a small point to note, the restaurant is not at all dog friendly.
