A wonderful discovery in Carcassonne! The owner gave us a truly warm welcome; we immediately felt at ease. 👍 We ordered open-faced sandwiches and the children's menu: everything was delicious, fresh, and clearly homemade, which is becoming quite rare and worth mentioning. Quality ingredients, beautifully presented, and simple yet perfect. A friendly, genuine, and unpretentious place—perfect for a relaxed lunch, even with children. We highly recommend it!

20/01/2026: Thanks to a waitress who understood us and spoke a little Spanish, we were able to find out what the dishes were, since the menu wasn't in our language... and we're so close!
10/01/2026: We had lunch with the family on a Saturday, and it's worth noting that they had a weekend menu, which was much appreciated. The restaurant is located in the center of Carcassonne and has a very pleasant and welcoming decor that blends rustic and modern elements. The dishes on the menu were beautifully presented and prepared. We didn't find anything we didn't like. The service was excellent, although we had a little trouble understanding each other at first, but that didn't detract from the overall experience.

18/01/2026: Homemade cuisine, using carefully selected, high-quality ingredients. The system of being able to create your own menu according to your preferences is a fantastic concept, allowing for complete choice of the menu without any restrictions. The service was impeccable, the setting is beautiful, with a lovely terrace for sunny days.
