We went for dinner yesterday and I can only say it was spectacular—everything: the food, the service, everything. If you go to Carcassonne, you have to try it. I recommend it 1000%.

A cuisine bursting with flavor, and above all, homemade with fresh, local, and seasonal products. The open-faced sandwiches are truly delicious, and the orange and spice dessert is a real treat.

A chance discovery while passing by, and what a gem! Delicious savory tartines, an excellent wine selection, and above all, impeccable service. Special mention for the French toast-style brioche… surely the best I've ever tasted! I can't wait to go back very soon to explore the rest of the menu!

I went with my wife, we had a wonderful dinner (a toasted sandwich and a bowl of soup), everything was delicious. The owner was very attentive, spoke perfect Spanish, and the service was excellent. The dinner was spectacular.

"A superb discovery at Bis Troquet. The welcome was simply outstanding: the team took the time to provide detailed explanations of each dish, demonstrating a genuine passion for cooking.
On the plate, the quality of the local products was evident. I opted for the pulled Poilâne bread, a real treat, while my wife loved the smoked trout. To accompany everything, the wine selection was excellent. We finished on a perfect note with a delicious crumble that, a major plus, had a well-balanced sweetness.
