Le Bistro d'Augustin sur Carcassonne

The place is very beautiful, it is old in an art deco style and it is worth going just for the place. The food is not bad at all and the waiters are friendly and know how to speak Spanish. It has a large terrace outside, but since it was very hot, we decided to eat inside, but since we were next to the window, at the same time the sun was shining on us and we were also hot. But in general it is a nice place and despite how big it is, it is cozy. The bill for the meal cost us 57 euros for two people. We ordered a meal formula that was cheaper and another that was a little bigger. The water was provided for us free of charge, up to two jugs of water. I ordered the steamed mussels but I didn't want them to add sauce and they served it with fries. Although the mussels were small, they were good in flavor and there were a lot of them, better to share.

Normal restaurant with an outdoor terrace, very cozy in summer. The service was extremely attentive and friendly, but the food was average. The prices are slightly higher than everywhere else in France.

Dish of the day (caramel pork) not great, but we were pampered by Erina, a friendly, pleasant and very helpful waitress.

Bistro favoloso in zona Stazione, stile Retro sembra di entrare in un vecchio film Francese. Menu con tanta scelta , carni , pesce fresco , cruditè . Personale veloce gentilissimo e simpatico. Prezzi nella media. Se siete ad Carcassonne lo consiglio .

Fabulous bistro in the station area, retro style, it seems like you're in an old French film. Menu with lots of choice, meat, fresh fish, crudités. Fast, friendly and friendly staff. Average prices. If you are in Carcassonne I recommend it.

Pretty good food. The seafood is of good quality. The service was very good (the waitress spoke Spanish perfectly). To recommend the oysters, squid and tarte tatin.

Un petit bistro bien sympa. Une équipe et un patron accueillants. Monsieur a choisi un tartare, plutôt bon; puis le soufflé au grand marnier: délicieux, frais, surprenant. Notre pepette des spaghettis carbonara et une crêpe au sucre (qui avait l'air d'etre faite maison). Elle s'est régalée. Pour ma part, j'ai opté pour le steack de requin au poivre (plat du jour). C'était délicieux. Un moment agréable.
