Efficient, pleasant service with a smile. The choice of dishes on the menu is perfect. Remember to add a degreaser for the frog legs, a fair bill of 52 Euros for 2 people.

A vintage bistro with high ceilings and a lively atmosphere, close to the train station and the port of Carcassonne on the Canal du Midi, just outside La Bastide. It's a popular spot for cyclists, travelers, and boat trippers. We had a delicious cassoulet. Fast and efficient.
