Le Bistronome sur Saverne

We had a wonderful time there on Sunday, February 15th. The welcome was very friendly and, above all, the meal was excellent...pork cheeks with mirabelle plums for him and salmon and spinach ravioli for her. We highly recommend this place. We will gladly return.

"A truly excellent culinary discovery! We enjoyed the vegetarian ravioli and the homemade späetzle gratin with green salad, as well as the mushrooms, bacon, and Gruyère cream sauce. Both dishes were absolutely delicious, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. Sylvie, the owner, gave us a warm and attentive welcome. The cuisine, prepared by the chef (who is also the owner), is of remarkable quality and exquisitely refined. A place to recommend without hesitation for a truly successful gastronomic experience!"

Passing through on our way home, this little restaurant was fantastic, affordable prices, excellent food, and the manager was incredibly kind. I highly recommend it!

The only restaurant open for miles around on December 26th was a real pleasant surprise. A charming lady greeted us and seated us. The restaurant isn't very big, but that's all the better since she was the only one working there. The meal was very good and plentiful. A place to remember.
