We had a great time at the Bistronome. The setting is warm, the welcome and the service are perfect, the value for money is unbeatable. And on the plate, well that’s cooking! Thank you for this experience. We will come back, and not just once!

This establishment is really very pleasant. The welcome is given with a smile despite an almost full restaurant (only 4 places left). The quality/price ratio is excellent. The dishes are very generous and well stocked. To be done without hesitation.

very good restaurant in the heart of Saverne, not an extensive menu, but very good homemade food, good service in a very well decorated place!

My husband and I went there for our anniversary. Simply delicious!! An extremely tender beef fillet that melts in your mouth with a perfect pepper sauce and an equally perfect shallot sauce for my husband. The vegetables were also cooked to perfection, my husband had foie gras as a starter, he enjoyed it and I had a homemade pork rillette which was also a real delight!! Very good service as well and yet, Madame is the only one serving. Pleasantly smiling, if you are human you forgive her for her "little mistakes" which in the end leaves us with a very nice, authentic memory. Overall we recommend!! Thank you again, we had a great time and your dishes are delicious 🥰

This establishment has changed its name, is now called LE BISTRONOME, we highly recommend it. The golden carp is no more, it is indeed the BISTRONOME and it is open.

Super friendly, quality, price, as a bonus a smiling service and gives us the opportunity to come back.
