A thoroughly enjoyable lunch on the terrace: the waitresses' smiles perfectly complemented the dishes. Generous portions and vibrant colors made them a feast for the eyes as well as the palate.
A special mention for the veggie bowl: superb! A must-visit in Saverne!

The main courses were reasonably priced and tasty (potato pancakes and mushroom burger). There was a vegetarian option, which isn't so common for a traditional restaurant. The dessert (vacherin) was rather ordinary. The welcome was warm and the setting pleasant – it's a shame the terrace was completely enclosed.

I was disappointed with the quality of the spaetzle, which were particularly dry. The meat was excellent, and the dessert was divine. The wait for service was long (due to a lack of attention from the servers) even though there were enough staff.

One of the best flammekueches we've ever had. The portions are also very generous! And the dishes are bursting with flavor.
The service is very pleasant.
The restrooms are clean.
The dining room is a bit noisy but very welcoming.
In short, a very good evening spent at this restaurant; we don't quite understand some of the very low ratings.

We ate well there; the dishes were nicely presented and delicious.
The decor was pleasant.
However, the servers didn't crack a single smile, except for the young blonde woman who was smiling. They were friendly, but the atmosphere clearly didn't seem very cheerful. And the blonde waitress wasn't dressed appropriately for service. As for the owner, forget it. Not even a "good evening" when we went to pay the bill.
It's a shame. I was really looking forward to trying it and we'll probably come back; perhaps it just wasn't their day. In any case, it left a bittersweet taste...

Very good! Fast service. Plenty of space, but on some evenings it's best to book, for 7 or 9 pm.
