The kind of food we love, with an exceptional owner – I highly recommend it.

First of all, I want to make it clear that this review was not written under duress. More seriously, after spending four weeks in Fougères, and being originally from the south of France, I'm delighted to finally discover that not all the restaurants in Fougères are so mediocre. Let me explain: on the recommendation of my client, I discovered this bistro which offers everything that makes a good restaurant: a small but well-balanced menu, the best ingredients showcased by expertly prepared dishes, a warm welcome from the team—the owner and his waitress—all in a stylish and pleasant setting. Luckily, I'm returning for another two weeks, and this will definitely be my new go-to spot. I highly recommend it!

Super good restaurant I recommend

An excellent discovery in the center of Fougères. A friendly atmosphere and fresh produce are the perfect recipe for a pleasant stay. Bistro cuisine is a delight, a delight for both the eyes and the taste buds. The melting andouillette from Brittany is a real delight. For those who love it, go for it... The melting egg cocotte is a wonderful discovery. Real, delicious desserts, just like Mom used to make them for us. We recommend the bistro.

Super nice little restaurant, good food and very kind waitress

We discovered this restaurant in July. We received a wonderful welcome from a fantastic waitress. We ate wonderfully and had a wonderful time. A bonus: I had forgotten a package under the table, and after contacting the owner, he sent it back to us. So, 5 stars for kindness and helpfulness 😉. We will gladly return.
