30/11/2024: The burgers and fries are always hot and assembled correctly. When I see certain comments complaining about McDonald's when the only ones responsible are themselves, I find it deplorable to put the blame on staff who work and do everything possible to satisfy all customers.
When you eat three quarters of your burger and then complain that a pickle was missing, the world is making fun of you.
When you complain that your ice cream has melted even though you ask for it at the same time as your order, it's making fun of the world: thank you for the "delivered later" option. Especially since if the staff had not given it to you at the same time, you would have complained about not having received it!
When you complain that the tables are dirty, that an employee cleans them for you and when you leave, you leave even dirtier than before for the next customers, you are making fun of the world.
I am a regular customer and every time I go there, the burgers are well made, the restaurant is clean (except in the middle of a rush when customer service is privileged and therefore sometimes the trash cans are full).
So yes, no one is perfect, mistakes happen, but above all we should question ourselves: am I responsible for my mistake? Yes, damn, I will avoid doing it later. No, I will politely ask the counter staff for a correction. Am I clean after my visit? Yes, I'm leaving to make way for the next customers. No, I'm just going to make a quick stop so as not to annoy the next customers.
The only thing to change in this McDonald's is the customers! Thanks to the McDo de Ruffec team who do everything possible for us, I will come back with pleasure.
