Le Bistrot de la Cave sur Bron

Having been disappointed by quite a few Lyon restaurants, this restaurant is remarkable. I particularly note the quality of cooking of meat and fish which is extremely rare in this price range and which approaches a gastronomic level. The sommelier gives very good advice. In short, keep it up! Two downsides all the same. First of all, it is a shame that the establishment does not show a little more flexibility regarding corporate meals and the possibility of deferred payment. Next, the sand is a little noisy, but it is undoubtedly difficult to do better and space the tables further apart without compromising economic viability.

What a great discovery! A charming place, attentive staff, refined, fresh and tasty cuisine... In short, I highly recommend and regret only one thing: not living nearby to go there more often! Special dedication to Ninon ;-)

Meal for a weekday lunch. Fast and impeccable service. The dishes were ultra fresh and well cooked; simple and bold at the same time. A starter, main course and dessert menu with an ultra reasonable price for the Lyon region.

Very nice experience with sophisticated and fresh dishes. Unique menu with choice between 2 starters, 2 main courses and 2 desserts, a guarantee of freshness. The only downside is a bit of a wait for the service, so it's better not to be in too much of a hurry to take the time to taste it. Reservation required if you want to be sure of having a table. I will come back with pleasure.

If you like bistros without fuss, but with creative cuisine, a wine list with rare references, you have to come here. Super good bread too, service corresponding to the place. I emphasize the rarity of certain bottles. To the wise...
