On this Tuesday evening, I was walking around Gap looking for a place to eat, and I stumbled upon Le Bocage. The burgers looked really good, but coming off some digestive issues that had impacted my diet for the past few days, I was looking for a balanced, healthy, and nutritious dish. The whole menu looked tempting, and I finally chose the chicken ramen, even though it's not an Asian restaurant by design. I really had no regrets. The recipe is original, tasty, and well-balanced; I wasn't expecting such good ramen in a restaurant that didn't specialize in it. The dishes I saw other customers serve all had the same attention to detail and looked just as appetizing. The team seems small, but you can tell they really put their heart into it. The welcome is warm, the service fast, and the atmosphere calm and pleasant (there were only a dozen of us). The dishes are very well presented, and I enjoyed my gourmet tea; each little delicacy was delicious. When I arrived, there was only one customer, but the room filled up a bit after that. That's why I'm taking the time to write this review; this restaurant deserves to be known. You can feel a real passion behind each dish, and I hope they continue to grow without becoming overwhelmed, as the team seems modest. It would be nice if they opened a little later. In short, it's a wonderful discovery, and the first restaurant I've taken the time to write a review for as a support. Not being from Gap, I don't know how popular it is, but when in doubt, I prefer to recommend it.
