Went there for lunch on Sunday as a solo traveller. The place was packed, but I was offered a place outside, which I preferred. This is a serious classical French carnivore place with a great choice of different meats. I had a chicken liver salad as a starter and a grilled calf kidney which was huge. I need to go on a low purine diet next week to avoid gout 😉 The service was swift and friendly. The only drawback is that people smoke & vape outside, so you have to stomach a whiff of smoke/vape occasionally. Not something the restaurant can do much about.

We dropped by unexpectedly with friends this Sunday. We had a wonderful time; the time between aperitifs and the main courses was perfect. The food was excellent, everything was perfect. Thank you!

We had a 3-course menu, both the appetizer and the main course were delicious, everyone liked it. The service was attentive and fast, even though it was full, we didn't wait long for our food. I particularly liked the homemade pickles for the appetizer. Which shouldn't have been the case, as soon as the waiter found out that we were foreigners, we didn't get a bottle of water automatically on the table, but they brought us a paid mineral water. Also, when ordering dessert, it was as if they avoided our table, I had to stand up and go order. The desserts weren't very good, I don't know if they serve any worse ones with the menu, but I saw desserts at the next table that looked delicious. But overall we were satisfied.

We had a very enjoyable time at this steakhouse; the welcome was warm and the service friendly. It's a must-visit in Brest for meat lovers. The only downside was the slow service at the end of the day and the Paris-Brest, which, considering the price (€9), could have been better.

An exceptional welcome. What can we say about the quality and taste of our dishes, from the lamb and beef to the side dishes? The staff also deserves special mention: smiling, kind, and attentive. 28/04/2026: A very nice brasserie close to the train station, the products are beautifully prepared and the service is attentive!
26/04/2026: The empty restaurant surprised us, as my mother is used to seeing it packed. But we had a good meal. I personally ordered a potato crisp with egg and mushrooms as a starter (I had my two companions try it, and they also approved), followed by a pork tenderloin stuffed with onions and mustard sauce (the meat was tender and well-cooked). The only downside was the cold potatoes at the bottom of the bowl, with a few warm ones on top. For dessert, a delicious chocolate pear choux pastry was a very generous portion; I thoroughly enjoyed it. The chocolate cream, for once, wasn't too sweet, and the choux pastry dome was lightly caramelized and crispy. As for the wine, I didn't like the Saumur at all, but my mother's red Burgundy was good. The waiter was friendly.

17/09/2026: A very good restaurant, serving generous portions at affordable prices. It's just a shame that due to the slow service (about 40 minutes for our food), we couldn't have dessert before closing time! That's the only negative point.
16/09/2026: A wonderful discovery. Magnificent view and very friendly staff. I especially loved the tuna tataki, delicious and beautifully presented. I highly recommend it.
