A MASTERPIECE! An address not to be missed. Exquisite and succulent dishes. Impeccable presentation—are we in a restaurant or a Picasso museum? We recommend the chocolate and beetroot entremet dessert and the gnocchi with Bleu du Queyras cheese appetizer. Bravo!

A wonderful discovery in Gap! We had a fantastic time at Le Bouchon. The cuisine was generous, refined, and bursting with flavor, featuring high-quality ingredients and meticulous attention to detail. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, the service pleasant and professional, and everything came together perfectly for a delightful evening. This is a place we particularly enjoyed and wholeheartedly recommend. A truly excellent restaurant to discover in Gap! We will definitely be back.

Absolutely delighted with my lunch at Le Bouchon! The welcome was excellent, and you can feel their desire to create superb dishes with skillful and daring cuisine. I highly recommend it. PS: The duck breast tataki was exceptional!
