Le Bouchon sur Gap

I haven't yet had a chance to share my thoughts on Le Bouchon after my dinner there two days ago. Well, it was a perfect experience. Let's start with the welcome: simple and efficient service for all eight of us. Then there was the service. The young blonde woman who took charge of our table impressed us with her perfect knowledge of the menu, the ingredients in the dishes, and the drinks she had available. Special mention goes to the non-alcoholic cocktail suggestions and the rums offered at the end of the meal. Now for the most important part: the dishes we enjoyed. Whether vegetarian or not, we all truly appreciated our meals, with a special mention for the frozen Snickers served with peppery milk foam—what a discovery! And above all, what talent for creating such original and truly delicious dishes. Thank you for this wonderful evening. I'll be back if I'm ever in Gap.

Passing through Gap, we didn't know where to have dinner. The menu, featuring seasonal and local products, immediately made us want to book a table. Once there, we received a warm welcome. The service was quick yet discreet. We had a wonderful evening. Everything was perfect: the quality of the food, the professionalism of the service, and the very pleasant setting.
