Had a nice meal (canard) at an attractive price compared to Belgium. Good service on the terrace, beautiful setting with fountains and palm trees, gives some 'grandeur' to the whole.

Lovely hotel only let down by the gentleman on the bar / reception. Felt like we were an inconvenience for being there.

The first stop on a short city trip wasn't the place where my partner and I were supposed to eat (I forgot to make a reservation 😅😅😅). We finally made a last-minute reservation for the evening of our arrival. Chance does things well or destiny, as you like... love and passion... These two words define what we felt... A soft, delicate, and melting homemade fois gras enhanced by its delicious onion chetney and cognac jelly, topped with fig jam. A soft and tender crayfish salad with plenty of it—yes, there was plenty. A perfectly pink duck breast with a melt-in-the-mouth texture that should be banned. A perfectly cooked beef skewer and perfectly salted French fries. A delicious pistachio crème brûlée. A Caribbean coupe enhanced with tasty and fresh fruit. Love and passion, that's what I was able to say to the chef, because that's truly what we felt. I spent 15 years in the hospitality industry and several years as a chef, and I've rarely been able to utter those two words during a meal. Thank you for this fabulous time spent with you. Please know that when we return to the region, it's very clear, even certain, that we will come back to eat at your place. Best regards, little Belgians visiting...

A good hotel, beautifully centrally located in the town center. The restaurant is recommended, and reservations are recommended. The breakfast is also good. Telephone service is not always available.

We went to eat at the Bristol restaurant and were delighted by the various dishes served. A land/sea starter was extremely well served and truly delicious, as were the queen's bites and the veal kidneys. Also noteworthy was the attentive and very friendly waitress. I highly recommend it!

We were very warmly welcomed by Claude, the boss, and his wife Brigitte. The restaurant is great, a very nice new room and delicious dishes generously served. Excellent advice, with a prior tasting, on our choice of wine from Brigitte, the boss's wife. The warm atmosphere, the close-knit and very attentive team.
