Excellent menu. The egg starter was superb, well-balanced with a touch of acidity in the sauce. The fish was cooked to perfection, accompanied by delicious vegetables. The pastry for the raspberry tartlet dessert was very good, with a hint of buckwheat adding an exquisite flavor.

What a great find in Pau! A lovely little restaurant, warm and welcoming, with a very pleasant terrace. The service was quick even though we had plenty of time.
A set menu bursting with delicious flavors made with local ingredients.
Behind it all is one person: the chef.
In addition to the cooking and the service, she explains in detail what you're about to enjoy.

Fresh, bursting with flavor, a super welcome—pure bliss!
Sometimes you wonder why they decided to open a restaurant; perhaps they were bored. Here, it's the opposite: everything is perfect, the balance is just right—not too salty, not too fatty, not too sweet, and yet flavorful in every bite.
And apparently, the menu changes daily.
We'll have to come back.

The owner and chef is very friendly and attentive, comes up with a new menu every day, and cooks exceptionally well. We were there for lunch; the set menu cost €28 (3 courses), the portions were very generous, and the food was absolutely delicious.
A real hidden gem in Pau!
