I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the room for a Campanile hotel. Everything was clean, well-furnished, and comfortable, which far exceeded my expectations. I also really appreciated the thoughtful touch left in the room: a handwritten sticky note from the person who prepared it. In a world where everything is increasingly digital and impersonal, finding a handwritten note adds a truly human touch—simple yet sincere—that really makes a difference. A very positive experience that I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

The hotel is well-located and quiet. The room was clean, and I received a nice welcome note from the person who prepared it. Romin, the manager at reception, was very welcoming, attentive, and friendly. I recommend this hotel.

Disappointed by this experience: the room was renovated but the bathtub was damaged and the TV screen was placed on a chair… There's no longer a restaurant: instead, they offer reheated frozen meals for €13.95! This wasn't mentioned when I booked. It's a shame to have renovated the hotel but then cut services! Personally, I won't be returning…
