Third experience, very disappointed this evening. Poor service, very disappointing food. We were warned that the plates were hot... and they were... much too hot: the purées were stuck to the plate and dry, they had cooked on the plate!
The whole thing lacked flavor. It was as if the chef was on leave tonight. Too bad.

A pleasant dinner as a couple during which we enjoyed all the refined dishes served to us with great care by the waiter. The sommelier did not fail to serve us an excellent wine according to the rules of the art. The service was therefore perfect, worthy of the delicious flavors we ate. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants, like me, to treat themselves to a rare treat.

A very good restaurant for a romantic dinner. The menu offers a variety of dishes suitable for several diets. The ingredients are of good quality and very well prepared. The quantities are very reasonable.
Very smooth service (very little waiting between courses) with very attentive and professional servers.
Two minor drawbacks: for the tuna tartare, the mayonnaise sauce had a strong industrial vinegar flavor. For the duck breast fillet, there was a slight lack of sauce. The rest of the dish was truly excellent, especially the desserts, which were very well prepared and light, with just the right amount of indulgence to end the meal.

Restaurant recommended by friends from Saint-Malo with a dinner for two Menu Émeraude “without fault”. Attentive service, gourmet cuisine from appetizers to sweet treats, beautiful wine list, generous Spritz, view of the beach and a beautiful sunset.

Big disappointment poorly received by the chef who made us understand that the best tables are for the regulars fortunately caught up by the rest of the very professional and friendly staff but that does not compensate for a lackluster cuisine it is not enough to line up luxury products to make the average cuisine gourmet
