Le Capricorne sur Saint-Andre-Lez-Lille

03/04/2024: I didn't know this restaurant so it was a discovery. The room was full, around sixty people including 2 groups celebrating a birthday. The alcohol and fruit juice cocktails: very good as well as the appetizers, the service too: they want to please, and the heating of the room. Unfortunately I am not satisfied with the main course and the dessert. We especially come to a restaurant to eat well! The presentation of the dish is canteen-like, we go about it with a ladle. The grilled meat is lost on the plate with a small piece of endive. These frozen fries are horrible. In a restaurant you have to have fresh homemade fries. there is no reason why in a restaurant worthy of the name you should be given low-end frozen fries. A customer is worth respecting. Just because of these fries I won't go back. And it has become expensive for what it is.

16/02/2024: Having come on Valentine's Day evening, the atmosphere was very cozy. Perfect service, very pleasant waiter(s) and waitress(es). Unique Valentine’s Day menu at €40. Wide choice of starters, main courses and desserts. Drinks were not included in the price. Qualitative, homemade dishes. Large parking lot for easy parking. Accessible to people with reduced mobility
