Locale molto carino sulla piazza principale di Beaune.
Personale gentilissimo, carta dei vini discreta e chef bravo. Scelta tra menù a 4, 5, 6 portate. Buoni i piatti, dall’aragosta alla langoustine, dalla sogliola e quaglia.

Superb experience in this starred restaurant. Everything was perfect, from the service to the delicious dishes.
A big thank you to the chef for the time he gave us to talk at the end of the meal.

We liked the place and the food. The menu was diverse and we chose different meals. All, that we got, was tasty. Service was fast and friendly. The wine list was too long, we asked for recommendation and got good value for money local wine.

Do you ever not want to share the address of a nice table with others for fear of not getting a table?? Me, often. The Restaurant le Carmin is one of them. It's a restaurant that offers excellent food, fabulous wine, warm welcome, and as a bonus, it's a team that knows how to make you feel like you've been friends since the dawn of time so this is your first time dining here.

We chose to save the “best for last” evening on our trip and were very excited for our dining experience at Le Carmin. The food exceeded our expectations and tasted phenomenal, with each dish beautifully crafted and bursting with flavor. The wine selection was excellent and perfectly complemented our meal.
However, once bookings began to arrive, the quality of the service for a Michelin star restaurant deteriorated. Despite this, the overall ambience was impeccable, creating a memorable dining experience.
A wonderful restaurant with room for improvement in service during peak times.

Beautiful restaurant, went there for lunch, they were understaffed, not the level of service I would’ve expected at this type of restaurant. Food was good, but not great, would not go back.

I felt sorry for the male sommelier because he was working very hard, but he was very gentle and kind. The wine list is very good. The food is clean and good too.
