While passing through Beaune, we booked this restaurant. We received a very warm welcome, the food was delicious, and the staff was very friendly. We highly recommend this establishment and will definitely return. Thank you again for the lovely birthday treat! 😊

A lovely restaurant in the heart of beautiful Beaune. Refined cuisine, meticulously prepared, accompanied by impeccable service under the direction of sommelier and restaurant manager Loïc. We celebrated my birthday there with a wonderful lunch. A lovely set lunch menu with excellent value for money. The restaurant is both warm and inviting. A fantastic wine list! We'll definitely be back.

A magical evening at Le Carmin in Beaune ✨ The setting is superb, the decor elegant, the service impeccable, and the flavors perfectly mastered. Absolutely as expected and top-notch in food, presentation, ambience, and service. We stopped by for lunch and it as fabulous. The candied eggplant and wild boar cannelloni were wonderful entrees, the duck as the main was perfectly done, topped off by a chocolate mousse dessert. We will be back for dinner.

A very nice discovery for us, a very pretty and well-kept establishment. We tasted the menu of the day which really lived up to our expectations: elegant and tasty dishes, more than reasonable prices, a wine list to finish and very professional staff, in short, faultless. Thank you.

26/07/2025: A good evening. The joy of being able to select whatever you like from the a la carte menu.
25/06/2025: 3.5/5 Not bad, but disappointed by the food. The beef bourguignon was good but too small in quantity, and it lacked a side dish for my taste. The wine list is interesting but very expensive and at odds with the cuisine. The service is efficient but not friendly, and we were quickly dispatched, reduced by +300€ for a table of 6. It was a good thing there were only 3 of us drinking wine. However, I recommend the Singapore address, which has a passionate young sommelier and very friendly staff.

15/09/2024: Attracted by the super reviews, we had an enjoyable if somewhat expensive dinner. We had made a reservation and were pleased to be seated in the cellar, which was not guaranteed. There isnt a wine list but a "Bible"and we were happy to be guided through it by a member of the team. The wines are as eye wateringly expensive as you would expect in a fine dining restaurant. This review should have been 5* but the fish main course was really an incredibly small piece of sea bass and it was hard to find the figs in the fig tart. By contrast the beef cheek was a huge portion. The highlight of our meal was being guided through the cheeseboard to understand the provenance of the local cheeses and the right order in which to eat them to enjoy their flavours to the full.
