A top choice in Vesoul for lunch or dinner with refined dishes.

Beautiful setting, excellent cuisine.
Thanks to my friend M, I had a wonderful lunch. My fish dish was absolutely delicious (even though I couldn't finish it because I'm a small eater). I highly recommend it.

An absolutely fantastic meal!
A huge thank you to the entire team at Le Caveau de Vesoul for this delightful experience. Shared with my cousin, this meal was simply wonderful from start to finish.
We left the table truly happy, with smiles on our faces and full stomachs! A must-visit address where you can eat both very well and in a most pleasant atmosphere. We will return with immense pleasure! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Excellent restaurant. I visited for lunch and tried the set menu, and I'll definitely be back one evening for a more in-depth tasting!
New discoveries with every visit!
July 2026, evening visit with the refined menu: everything was perfect, as beautiful to look at as it was delicious to taste. Always plenty of vegetables 😃 and easy-to-digest cuisine!

A very good experience on all levels: a warm welcome in a lovely setting. Beautiful presentation for delicious dishes. Well-crafted and original desserts, with a special mention for the lemon/olive one.
In short, highly recommended and I'll definitely be back!

A lovely place. Impeccable service, nothing to complain about. The setting is charming, and the open kitchen is a testament to the quality. The cuisine is delicate and refined, with every dish cooked to perfection. The flavor combinations are well-crafted. However, the menu lacks a touch of modernity, particularly the absence of a vegetarian option, which would be a welcome addition for a restaurant of this caliber in the old town of Vesoul.
