First visit and certainly not the last for a romantic dinner for two. It's everything you could want from a modern bistro that showcases its Franche-Comté roots. The menu is very well-balanced (remarkable value for money), the wine list caters to all budgets and tastes, the setting is understated yet elegant (a minor point: the tablecloths weren't fabric, but that's a small detail), and the service is discreet and efficient. A wonderful Besançon gem; it's so refreshing to find such treasures! We will definitely return to try the spring menu.
