Chef Yoan delighted us once again with dishes boasting subtle and incredible flavor combinations. The oyster with kiwi was particularly surprising; the surf-and-turf pairing was perfect. Moreover, the Chef introduced us to a white wine from the Saint-Pourçain AOP, a blend of Chardonnay and Tressalier grapes. The service by Célia and her team was elegant and discreet.

Right in the heart of the city, combining a cultural visit with a Michelin-starred gastronomic experience is pure delight. Exquisitely refined ingredients and cuisine that are well worth the trip, all served at lunchtime without a wait: the dishes and flavors flow seamlessly, with a harmonious balance of flavors and simplicity, and are all utterly delicious! 03/06/2026: The €16 set menu was very good and beautifully presented. The service was very pleasant. A restaurant to keep in mind for future reference.

There's a daily set menu for €28 with clearly labeled dishes, as well as surprise menus with 3, 5, or 6 courses, which can be paired with wines. For the surprise menus, different dishes are presented, from appetizer to dessert, ensuring that everyone eats something different. The concept is really appealing, the setting is equally charming, and both the chef and the waitstaff are attentive and welcoming. Many regional and seasonal products are used in the menu, from aperitif to dessert. A great place not to miss if you're in Le Puy-en-Velay, for around €70 including an aperitif and wine pairing.
