Chef Yoan delighted us once again with dishes boasting subtle and incredible flavor combinations. The oyster with kiwi was particularly surprising; the surf-and-turf pairing was perfect. Moreover, the Chef introduced us to a white wine from the Saint-Pourçain AOP, a blend of Chardonnay and Tressalier grapes. The service by Célia and her team was elegant and discreet.

Right in the heart of the city, combining a cultural visit with a Michelin-starred gastronomic experience is pure delight. Exquisitely refined ingredients and cuisine that are well worth the trip, all served at lunchtime without a wait: the dishes and flavors flow seamlessly, with a harmonious balance of flavors and simplicity, and are all utterly delicious!
