Last night, we dined at Chamarlenc in Le Puy-en-Velay. The cuisine strikes a beautiful balance between vegetables and surf and turf, demonstrating true mastery and a strong identity. The dishes are clear and thoughtfully presented. The service is attentive and natural. You can feel a constant commitment to excellence at every level. A Michelin-starred restaurant that fully justifies its reputation.

This was our fifth visit to this superb restaurant, which never ceases to amaze us. A perfect evening with, once again, a wonderful dinner. Everyone was incredibly attentive, and each dish had its own distinct character, creating a true culinary journey. Thank you again for the superb service; we wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant. It's a real source of pride to have a Michelin-starred establishment in Le Puy-en-Velay.

An exceptional meal at a reasonable price, with exquisite cuisine and a wide variety of small dishes. Before the meal, we were asked about any dietary restrictions or allergies, and the dishes were adapted accordingly. Absolutely top-notch.

Refined, daring dishes where everything is fresh, perfectly cooked, and perfectly seasoned, resulting in exquisite cuisine. For me, only the dessert lacked a little zest, but it was nonetheless original and not too sweet. Thank you for this culinary journey, your warm welcome, and impeccable service.

Perfect from start to finish. Impeccable welcome and service, a calm and intimate setting at the foot of the cathedral, and wonderful cuisine that allows you to rediscover the pleasures of the senses.

A fabulous experience to try!
A tasting menu that delighted my daughter and me. We went from one surprise to another with surprising yet very successful textures and flavor combinations, culminating in divine desserts, all in a refined atmosphere with perfectly chosen background music.
The only downside was the impeccable service, which we felt sometimes lacked a bit of warmth (some of the young women could be more cheerful). We had requested a summary of the dishes we tried, as offered, but... we're still waiting...
Nevertheless, the experience was a great success.
