We returned yesterday to this restaurant that my partner and I know well… and as always, it was simply perfect ✨ It's without a doubt the best restaurant we've been to in Le Puy-en-Velay, and even in the surrounding area. The welcome is always warm, the staff are smiling, attentive, and truly go the extra mile from beginning to end. You feel comfortable there, almost like VIPs! On the plate, it's a true culinary journey. Ingredients that aren't necessarily eaten every day are revisited with creativity and finesse. Each dish is a surprise, an explosion of flavors, with original combinations that allow us to discover (and love!) new things with each visit. You can feel the work, the passion, and the attention to detail, both in the kitchen and in the service. It's a complete experience, much more than just a meal.
