Le Chameau Ivre sur Beziers

A truly unmissable address in Béziers and the surrounding area We would gladly give 10 out of 5 stars, as the cuisine, the welcome, and the service at Le Chameau Ivre have delighted us for years. Precise, sincere, and original cuisine featuring beautiful, carefully selected, seasonal products, elevated in dishes regularly reinvented by the chef and his team. An exceptional wine list that will delight all tastes, budgets, and the most discerning palates, thanks to the expert advice of the team. Impeccable and warm service that makes us feel a little more at home with each meal. Thank you and congratulations to the entire team for these wonderful moments of gastronomy and life! We will be back.

A well-known and highly regarded address in Béziers. A warm welcome, excellent cuisine, and desserts from an in-house pastry chef, all at unbeatable value.

The menu here is always interesting using local ingredients in a fresh and inventive way with notes of cuisine from further afield. It also changes regularly so each visit is special.

By trying to do too much, we forget the essential thing: customer satisfaction.

A must-visit address in Béziers, one of the best, if not the best, restaurants in the region

Nice located restaurant with lots of different wines. Nice menu with a lot of taste. Really nice staff ! Not really cheap 😉

We absolutely loved our meal at Le Chameau Ivre! Everything was superb, from the flavorful and generous portions to the dishes prepared with great care. Every bite was a true delight. A huge thank you to France for her exceptional welcome, kindness, and professionalism, which made us feel right at home. Thanks also to Jule, whose service, smile, and good humor made this wonderful experience even more enjoyable. We wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant. We will definitely be back!

A place recommended by acquaintances. More specifically, a very beautiful, somewhat intimate spot. An open kitchen where you see happy faces, passionate about their work. A wonderful team that delighted us. No extensive menu, but plenty of meticulous preparation and precise recipes. Well done, Madam, Gentlemen!
