The waitress tonight was outstanding; she was jovial, happy, accommodating, attentive & so careful about my needs as a vegetarian. The food was sublime; tasty, & so well presented. We are going back again tomorrow night as it was so good!

Refined cuisine, a very good lunch menu considering the quality of the ingredients. From appetizer to dessert, a delight, and a special mention for the exceptional strawberry Pavlova with its toasted pine nuts. I highly recommend it in Béziers; it remains a quality establishment.

I recently dined at this restaurant, which at first glance seemed promising. The atmosphere is pleasant, the decor tasteful, and the waiter a true connoisseur, but unfortunately, this doesn't make up for the quality/quantity of the dishes. The menu offers tempting options, and the flavors were there, but nothing more; no big surprises. The portions were adequate, but I expected a bit more creativity and finesse.

29/04/2026: Excellent restaurant! The setting is understated and elegant. The cuisine is refined and truly delicious. Coming from the Paris region and having a particular fondness for Japanese food, I had plenty of options in Paris and I've tried many. This one is every bit as good as them :) The chef is very welcoming and friendly, which is a real plus. I was there with my wife and daughters, and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal.
