Excellent meal and friendly staff

We went to dinner at Osakaya in Béziers, and it was quite simply the best Japanese restaurant we've ever been to—and we mean it. We ordered tempura shrimp, gyoza, maki with fresh foie gras, an assortment of sashimi and sushi, and other specialties. Every dish was remarkably fresh and of exceptional quality. For dessert, the vanilla, mango, and raspberry mochi were the perfect ending to our meal. The owner is incredibly attentive, and the waitresses are fantastic, providing warm and caring service from beginning to end. The price is very reasonable considering the quality of the food and service. It's now our favorite restaurant, and we'll be back as soon as possible. We'll definitely be back! A huge congratulations to the chef and his entire kitchen team for their masterful work; each dish was a true feast for the eyes and the palate!
