A restaurant I highly recommend!! The service is perfect and the food is excellent value for money. It's located at the top of the Polygone shopping center in Béziers and has underground parking, so parking is easy. The atmosphere is relaxed, and you can eat inside or outside. I'll definitely be back! 😉

Simply the best sushi in Béziers... Special mention for the tempura maki. We've been coming for years with family and friends and have never regretted it. Everyone gives it a 100% thumbs up. Excellent value for money. Everything is superb. Thank you for the kindness and warm welcome from the servers and the owner.

Le Chameau Ivre

17/09/2026: A truly unmissable address in Béziers and the surrounding area We would gladly give 10 out of 5 stars, as the cuisine, the welcome, and the service at Le Chameau Ivre have delighted us for years. Precise, sincere, and original cuisine featuring beautiful, carefully selected, seasonal products, elevated in dishes regularly reinvented by the chef and his team. An exceptional wine list that will delight all tastes, budgets, and the most discerning palates, thanks to the expert advice of the team. Impeccable and warm service that makes us feel a little more at home with each meal. Thank you and congratulations to the entire team for these wonderful moments of gastronomy and life! We will be back.
