Visited in January. Very welcoming. Good restaurant with brasserie-style dishes. Pleasant terrace for enjoying a Pineau des Charentes. Friendly and quick service. Thank you for staying open in January.

I stumbled into the restaurant next to the famous church (the only restaurant open in January in Ars-en-Ré) and was very pleasantly surprised: salmon wrapped in a purse, accompanied by rice and roasted vegetables, all fresh and delicious, for a modest price on the Île de Ré. The oysters as a starter were quite good, but I confess to being biased: I prefer those from the Île d'Oléron because they're finished in oyster beds! A decent Entre-Deux-Mers wine by the carafe. I'll be back!

03/03/2026: We had a wonderful weekend! One night at the hotel and two days at the spa. We found the value for money to be excellent! Access to the gym and thalassotherapy center from 9:00 am to 6:45 pm on both our arrival and departure days was a real bonus! We also booked the breakfast option (a buffet) for the morning. The choices were varied and delicious! We especially loved the brioche! In the evening, we also dined at the hotel restaurant and we weren't disappointed! The dishes were flavorful and well-balanced. We also wanted to highlight the exceptional kindness shown by all the staff we encountered during the weekend. Their courtesy and patience were much appreciated. We left the hotel feeling on cloud nine, happy and relaxed! Thank you so much!
24/02/2026: Fantastic stay with 9 friends to celebrate one of their birthdays. Spacious and renovated rooms, a great spa area, and the kindness and competence of everyone involved. Special mention for the gourmet meals. Close to the sea. We'll be back!

01/09/2025: A Very Positive Review of Le Repère in Dax A place I 100% recommend! From the moment you arrive, you're greeted with incredible warmth and friendliness. The owner is great, always smiling and attentive, and the customers who frequent the place create a truly friendly atmosphere. The menus are excellent (indeed, very, very, very excellent 😍) with excellent value for money. You feel good there, you eat very well, and above all, you have a wonderful time. Whether it's for a meal, a drink, or an evening with friends, the atmosphere is fantastic, relaxed, and friendly. A real place to discover and share! 👌 I highly recommend Le Repère in Dax to anyone looking for a good time around good food and a warm atmosphere.
