It's always a pleasure to rediscover Mr. Duvivier's flavorful cuisine, long known in the Lille suburbs... here everything is fresh and homemade, so it's normal to wait between courses, and it allows you to savor a good time with friends or family.

We had lunch there today.
The setting was pleasant, but the service was slow.
Furthermore, we ordered poultry as a main course, which was completely pink (undercooked). We asked for it to be sent back to the kitchen, acknowledging that such things happen. We received a dismissive remark and no apology! We waited for our main course again, and once more, one of the two dishes was pink. We hope we don't have a salmonella infection.
We are truly disappointed with the establishment, and especially with the complete lack of apology from them for this minor issue.

I'm not rating the room because I had lunch there.
The chuck steak was excellent and the vegetables exquisite.
However, the dessert didn't live up to the main course. I had the chocolate pear, but it was hard and the chocolate cold. A shame.
