I'm not rating the room because I had lunch there. The chuck steak was excellent and the vegetables exquisite. However, the dessert didn't live up to the main course. I had the chocolate pear, but it was hard and the chocolate cold. A shame.

We ate there for lunch. The food was good, although I was a little disappointed by my dessert, which had a prettier name than the dish itself. It was simply a chocolate micuit. The wait was very, very long. We waited an hour between the starter and the main course. We had warned them that we were in a hurry. We asked several times if our dish had arrived because we really had to meet a deadline. We were always assured that it would arrive. It's true, it did arrive after a very long time. When it came time to pay, we told the owner that it was indeed good, but very long. She didn't lose her composure, telling us it was our fault since I arrived 15 minutes late (it was market day, no parking, and I had just driven two hours). Not really sure I'll come back.

It is always a pleasure to rediscover the cuisine rich in flavors of Mr. Duvivier, known for a long time in the suburbs of Lille....

Lovely town, walked round Les Remparts. Fabulous views. Aire de Camping car a few mins walk from the town. Very quiet, no electric and 2 euros for water. Grey waste dump available. Well worth a visit.
