The Breizh Café in Saint-Malo is a great place for its galettes, which are both traditional and original (like the "amuse-galettes" and the "Rolls"). Bertrand Larcher's "Japanese" touch is evident in the marinated vegetables with sweet and sour sauce, which perfectly complement the buckwheat galettes (Tsukemono). The only downside: having to book several days in advance only to end up at the small table right behind the entrance... Oh well!

12/03/2026: Excellent restaurant. Very welcoming staff.
12/03/2026: We had a wonderful time at this refined establishment with its view of the beautiful Sillon beach and Fort National. The cuisine was excellent, featuring high-quality ingredients. We tried the Glaz white wine from Domaine des Longues Vignes, located nearby. It was a bit young at the moment, but we'll definitely try it again later. The service was professional and very attentive. We highly recommend it.

01/03/2026: We came on Wednesday evening for the second seating and were delighted by the welcome and the quality of the food. The meat was cooked to perfection and the cozy atmosphere was very pleasant. We highly recommend it.
18/02/2026: Great atmosphere, friendly and smiling owners, wood-fired cooking, beautiful dishes at reasonable prices. Try the tapas as an aperitif and the rib steak. I highly recommend this restaurant.
