Familiar with the Larcher/Breizh café establishments, I remain amazed at the maintenance of the quality of the formula over time. No wear, no weariness, it's still just as good, the service always friendly, the places soothing.
A nugget of Breton soft power, With Roellinger, Lefevre ciders, (ok, Normand at the base, but he took the passport...), Bordier butter.
For those I really pity, who don't live between Dinan and Cancale, you can catch a bit of the atmosphere in the other Breizh café du Monde.
And if you want to break the bank intelligently, above the one in Cancale there is a certain Japanese gourmet restaurant. We're not at Tang's!
Long live buckwheat, long live Saint Coulomb, long live Breizh café.

Very good restaurant, well appointed and arranged, tastefully decorated and friendly.
Fast service, you can see the cook doing his work.
Very good pancakes and a diverse choice of cider presented as great vintages.

Immerse yourself in a Japanese atmosphere where wood reigns supreme, from the counter to the small tables that make you want to sit down straight away. Lunch time, quiet, just enough people to make you feel like a VIP.
Oysters? Impeccable, we could have framed them. The pancakes? We are close to crispy and tasty perfection. And to accompany all that, a “Sydre” which glides like a ray of Breton sunshine into a Japanese bath. In short, we had a blast, that’s a fact!
Small downside: the manager would benefit from switching to “gay samurai” mode. A smile, a wink, a bit of conversation, it's not a haiku to recite, just a little humanity, that's it! Because your products and your cooking, frankly, rock!
But we will come back, faith of gourmands. Come on, see you next time, and with a little more enthusiasm, eh! N / A !

Ofrecen platos de galette y crepé muy innovadores que nunca se pueden encontrar en restaurantes de crepé normales. La combinación con el estilo de la cocina japonesa lo hace muy moderno. ¡Tú pagas por ello!

Un peu déçus... trop de saveurs annoncées et pas toujours au rendez-vous.
Les rolls sont un peu "bourratives" et la galette au hareng /brandade de morue manquait de hareng.
Le restaurant est assez bruyant et l'attente entre notre arrivée et la prise de commande très longue et pourquoi servir le cidre dans un pichet aussi peu pratique.
