Dinner for my daughter's birthday. We were a little bothered by the heat as we had chosen the terrace, but we asked to change tables, which greatly reduced the discomfort. The amuse-bouches were excellent. The flame-seared bluefin tuna with marinated watermelon sticks and pistachio pieces in a superb sauce was perfect. Then a beautiful fillet of sea bream and finally a divine strawberry Pavlova. The attentive staff greatly contributed to the enjoyment of this dinner. An excellent choice.

A superb evening for my romantic dinner.

Highly recommended if you're visiting Albi. We were pleasantly surprised by the place and the spectacular food. Everything on the menu looked delicious. We ordered the veal parmigiano and it was incredible, a generous portion, and the desserts were a must. The service was amazing; the waiters were incredibly friendly and helpful. I would definitely go back.
