Had a fantastic time at Le Coquelicot for Valentine's Day! The menu was delicious and the price was reasonable for this type of occasion. The owners are amazing and the place is really lovely! Can't wait to go back!!

I celebrated my birthday at Le Coquelicot restaurant during a private party, and everything was perfect. The staff was incredibly welcoming and very pleasant throughout the evening. The food was truly delicious, and we had a wonderful time. A fantastic experience that I highly recommend!

For a friendly, home-like atmosphere. No fuss, just good times, well-being, and good food. You'll find a certain art of hospitality, the know-how and warmth of the large family homes that lived in the good old days of the mining region. You can feel the experience in the skill with which the table runs smoothly throughout the meal. Thank you so much for your welcome, Coraline and Mickael. "A wonderful memory," you delighted us. 14/05/2026: An unusual restaurant with an old-fashioned, candlelit atmosphere for a touch of romance. We received a very warm welcome, the service was excellent, and what can I say about the local specialties! A real treat! If we return to Lens, we will definitely go back!

25/04/2026: A great find during a visit to the Louvre-Lens. The potjevleesch was presented in an unusual way (softer than usual). The locally brewed beer was very pleasant (Cœur de Braise IPA during the meal). Reasonable prices.
21/04/2026: Good evening, We wanted to extend our sincere thanks to this couple who own a restaurant. They were 100% dedicated, professional, kind, and attentive. We were able to organize our daughter's surprise 18th birthday party at this brasserie with all our family and friends (approximately 45 guests, including children). Thank you for your availability, responsiveness, and overall organization. All the appetizers, main courses, birthday cakes, and drinks were thoroughly enjoyed...not to mention the craft beers and lemonades that delighted the connoisseurs! The children were able to fully enjoy the beautiful outdoor space. We also particularly appreciated the opportunity to take our time and enjoy the moment without any pressure. The waitstaff is lovely. Honestly, if you're planning an event...don't hesitate, this is a place to remember. Thank you...thank you for making this day a success. We look forward to returning.
