The rooms, the restaurant, the spa, and especially all the staff—from reception to the restaurant and the spa—were absolutely perfect! I have rarely seen such attentive staff. Thank you for making our stay so wonderful.

A truly beautiful place; if you're traveling in Alsace and want to relax after a hike up Mont Saint Odile, this is perfect. Sauna and spa enthusiasts will find everything they need. The brunch is also excellent.

I was there for brunch and an afternoon at the spa. The food was great (they don't skimp on the brunch, it's very generous) and the spa was great too.

We had an incredible stay in the deluxe suite. The jacuzzi and hammam were really enjoyable, and the suite was beautifully decorated. The hotel restaurant is very good, and the spa area is truly top-notch. 👍🏼👍🏼

Ottrott, nestled against Mont Sainte-Odile, is a beautiful setting for this quality establishment, which we chose for an Easter weekend getaway with our family of eight, ranging in age from 60 to 1 year old. We received a warm welcome. The half-board option was excellent and varied, with one of the five-course dinners being particularly delicious. Our only slight criticism was that the meat portions could have been a little larger, but we do have hearty appetites. The service was attentive. The spa was very pleasant and not overcrowded with day staff. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Despite the general trend towards Americanization, the hotel maintains the Alsatian Easter tradition with a Lamala (a traditional Alsatian Easter decoration) placed at each door. We highly recommend it.

Everything was perfect from beginning to end! A warm welcome, excellent food, and an incredible breakfast. The spa is ideal for a relaxing moment as a couple, calm and rejuvenating. The rooms are very pretty. A truly wonderful experience!
