Simply exceptional!
The room was large and spacious, the spa very friendly and well equipped.
The staff are really attentive, super pleasant. A successful weekend in Ottrott in this establishment!

Very nice hotel! Perfect location for organizing cultural outings. The SPA is splendid and offers a range of varied treatments. Special attention to the restaurant which offers authentic and tasty cuisine.
Well done to the young sommelier who was able to satisfy our curiosity and show us around his region.

We didn't have the time to test the hotel, but we just spent the day at the SPA with a lunch, and it was very pleasant. The staff, whether at reception, at the SPA or in the restaurant, are very welcoming, pleasant and take great care of you. The SPA is very pleasant, with various saunas, lots of natural light in the space, perfect pools and jacuzzi! The meal was simple (Day and Spa formula) but very fine and delicious 😋
Bravo, an address to be preferred without hesitation!

A (long) romantic weekend to reset the counters: the ideal place!
Coming from Germany my expectations in terms of "Spa" are, by necessity, high. And I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the infrastructure, the aesthetics and the cleanliness. This seems to be a family business, I take my hat off to them!
We didn't have breakfast. We had dinner one evening at the restaurant. Restaurant and aesthetically very pleasant dishes. Quality service. Pleasant gluten-free meal, personally I expected more fusions of aromas in this type of high quality restaurant.
This in no way takes away my 5 stars. Because it’s all a question of taste.
Well done and thank you to the whole team!

Superb family stay, the room was perfect as well as the swimming pool. For the catering and service... a big congratulations. It was wonderful. And congratulations for the attention of the Easter eggs in front of our room when we wake up. We will come back

We have just spent a dayspa day in this hotel. The wellness area is nice, the staff very friendly and the meal delicious. The only problem is that the price of drinks in the restaurant is really exorbitant! 9 euros for a Ricard, the same for a kir with white wine or even 4 euros for an espresso, it's difficult to pass.

Pleasant stay, breakfast and meal were very good, the room clean and the staff welcoming.
Just disappointed by the SPA area which is really overcrowded with people, which makes the spa experience quite average... (impossible to take an armchair, the towels must therefore be placed in a corner of the spa, too many people in swimming pools...). It's quite a shame for a service costing almost 600 euros (from Saturday 3 p.m. to Sunday 11 a.m.). In addition, there is no space in the parking lot (because there are too many people), which means you have to park further down and climb the hill.
Overall it's still a nice time but a little too expensive because of the spa
