A regular haunt for many years. Excellent cuisine, top-notch service, a great sommelier, superb breakfast. Extremely well-maintained spa area with pool, sauna, steam room, and whirlpool. Reasonable prices.

I can't comment on the rooms, as I come here regularly for the exceptional, sensational cuisine.
The food is fantastic, so refined and perfectly cooked. Everything is presented flawlessly on the plate. It's a symphony of the senses.
The wines, naturally from the local area, are also exquisite. Top quality and very finely crafted.
The service completes the harmonious experience, making you feel like you're visiting friends.
Please keep it up and may you continue to do so for many years to come.

We came today for a meal under the spring sunshine in Alsace ☀️
The setting is typically Alsatian, warm and charming; you immediately feel at home.
The service is attentive, provided by true professionals with a genuine sense of hospitality.
The cuisine is fresh, prepared with quality ingredients, and perfectly captures the local flavors, which is very pleasant.
We also had the opportunity to visit the new building with its completely renovated rooms, decorated with great taste. The establishment also boasts a beautiful, pleasant spa with lovely terraces.
A place we appreciate and where we will gladly return.

A sublime stay! The staff are friendly and very welcoming. We dined at the hotel restaurant – a complete, charming, and heartwarming meal.
The invigorating pool allowed us to relax, as we should, for this beautiful Valentine's Day weekend.
A minor drawback regarding the Charme Room: it consists of two single beds pushed together.
That said, it didn't detract from our wonderful stay.
The hotel is magnificent, very clean, and has a friendly atmosphere.
Thank you so much to the entire team for this wonderful experience.

A few weeks ago, we planned to spend a few days at the "Ami Fritz." Everything was wonderful: an empathetic receptionist who spoke fluent German, a very tastefully furnished room, and a fantastic swimming pool and sauna. A delicious Alsatian dinner rounded off the day perfectly. Unfortunately, my husband suffered a medical emergency after the first night in Ottrott, so we had to leave very quickly. We are incredibly grateful that this was arranged so quickly and easily, and that we only had to pay for the one night! After a hospital stay and two operations, my husband is now healthy and fit again, and we are already looking forward to visiting the "Ami Fritz" again soon!

A perfect Alsatian getaway! The hotel has incredible charm with its warm, traditional decor. The room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. We also dined at the hotel restaurant (the Winstub) and it was a real treat: generous and delicious regional dishes. The staff is welcoming and friendly. I highly recommend it for an authentic stay in Ottrott!
