Le choix de neuf est varié. Nous avons opté pour celui à 31€ avec entrée, plat et dessert ( 2choix possibles pour chaque catégorie). Les mets sont de qualité les assiettes ont une présentation soignée. Le personnel est sympathique et malgré une salle pleine, le service est relativement rapide. Bravo.

I was in August 2023 the waitress not a great bargain but I went back. Today what a great welcome very good and the divine cuisine super good eating at the top really thank you to all the staff really top

We had lunch at the Le Gavroche restaurant in Briançon and were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the dishes. The ingredients were top quality, and each dish was extremely well cooked, with delicious flavors. The atmosphere was warm and the welcome very friendly. In particular, I tasted the lamb, which was absolutely tasty and perfectly prepared. The meat came from the Durance region, which adds a nice local dimension to the culinary experience. The gratin dauphinois was also a delight, creamy and perfectly seasoned. For dessert, the lemon meringue pie was excellent. It even looked like the dough was homemade, it was so fresh and crispy. We highly recommend this restaurant for the quality of its cuisine and its commitment to local products. An excellent address for lovers of good meat and gastronomy.

Flawless! Warm and charming welcome. Relevant wine advice. Tasty lamb and duck breast to match. We spread light and full at the same time!

A massacre ! rarely eat this good, as a starter fried camembert fritter excellent first surprise, for the tartiflette dish I was expecting nothing exceptional and a big surprise in taste but really! so I wanted to try the homemade lemon tart and again the slap a meringue better than whipped cream! pleasant surprise at this restaurant and very friendly staff!

07/07/2025: Even though we were unable to book, we were lucky enough to find a table for two on the splendid outdoor terrace: an enchanting corner that made the beginning of the evening even more special. In the meantime, from inside the restaurant the grill was already whispering promises of delicacies… and it kept them all. We started with an appetizer of simply divine escargot: delicate, tasty, perfectly prepared. A real delight. Next, a mixed grill with local meats (pork, lamb and beef), all cooked to perfection, accompanied by a grilled potato and an exquisite crème faisselle fermière à la ciboulette. The mixed salad, also very carefully prepared, completed the dish with lightness and balance. The quality of the local products is evident in every course: excellent choice and impeccable preparation. Unfortunately we were unable to taste the cheeses, but given the selection — also from local producers — we imagine it would have been absolutely worth it. A wonderful experience, in every way. We will definitely be back.
