A delicious time spent in this establishment! The cuisine is exquisite and hearty... a treat! If you go through St Dizier, it is essential to stop there ;)

We haven't been back to this restaurant in about 6 years. Our vacation route allowed us to stop there for dinner. It was delicious, I think a lot of it was homemade. My husband and I enjoyed everything from starter to dessert. 16.50 euros (excluding weekends and public holidays) starter/main course/dessert. The red meat was very tender, the homemade hazelnut terrine was good and the gizzard salad with raspberry vinegar was excellent. Without forgetting the chocolate mousse and the yogurt ice cream surrounded by red fruits. A fast and friendly service (pros), in summary an address to frequent without moderation. Mlk

On voit que la préparation des plats est réalisée par un professionnel aguerri. Rognons aux cèpes et tournedos à la carte excellents. Rapport qualité prix très correct.

Un bref arrêt à St Dizier conduit mes pas au "Le Gourmet du Jard". Il est 12h15 et presque toutes les tables sont occupées. Etant dans la capitale de l'andouillette j'ai choisi cette spécialité AAAAA avec des frites naturellement. Je n'ai pas eu à le regretter une andouillette, elle était excellente. J'y retournerai volontiers
