We ate on the terrace in the center of the square on a very hot summer day and the temperature was perfect. The waitress was incredibly professional and attentive, speaking to us in both Spanish and English, and she was very accommodating regarding food intolerances and allergies, which was much appreciated. The food was all excellent, the set menu was substantial, and the individual dishes were delicious. The marinated salmon was amazing, and the croquettes and yogurt mousse dessert were also very good. 100% recommended.

A superb spot right in the heart of Limoux, on Place de la République. A charming, bucolic atmosphere. The menu is varied and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! The dishes are generous and very flavorful, with a surprisingly delicious beef tataki as a starter – yum!
The welcome and service are top-notch! If you're looking for a really good brasserie, don't hesitate and go for it!

A lovely evening on the terrace. The waiter was fantastic, and the sharing platter was excellent. We come regularly for the pizzas, but the new menu is a real treat. Highly recommended! ❤️

We ordered the duck and the lamb, and both dishes were absolutely amazing. The desserts were very good as well, and the coffee was a perfect finish to the meal.
Our waitress was very nice and spoke really good English. She was always there when we needed support with the menu and made us feel very welcome throughout the evening.
When we arrived just after 7pm the restaurant didn’t look very busy, but by 9pm it was completely packed with people- which clearly shows how popular this place is.
We would definitely love to come back if we are in the area again!
