Very chic and panoramic restaurant at the top of the Hotel de Paris in Monte Carlo. Excellent service. I absolutely recommend the chocolate soufflé dessert! Absolutely worth trying!

At the Rooftop of the Hotel de Paris we find the legendary Le Grill, which has been able to renew itself while maintaining the true essence of refined French cuisine. As I say, it's always a guarantee, I was lucky enough to be there in the period of the Alba truffles which abounded in every course. The soufflé truly sublime.

What a wonderful moment! A place where the welcome is as unique as it is exceptional and the meal delicious. The Grand Marnier soufflé is a treat! Thanks to Yann and the whole team for making our evening an exquisite moment!

Perhaps our favorite SBM restaurant whose location with breathtaking views, impeccable service and amazing food makes us stay customers for life. Yves is always so kind and we love when he is working as he acknowledges us and goes always above and beyond during our dining. Sommelier super kind and knowledgeable. A place to linger and enjoy at the highest level

The view is amazing. However, the impact of the food is what makes a Michelin star restaurant It seems like it's not enough. The service was somewhat rushed and stiff.

Nous avons dîner dans ce restaurant au mois de février. La carte était de saison et délicieuse. Nous avons apprécié l’entrée (à base de caviar et brocoli) et le plat (st Jacques ou canard). Cependant nous avons trouvé que les proportions n’étaient pas bien respectées. Les différents plats sont arrivés avec une petite/normale quantité. Mais le dessert était beaucoup trop copieux (soufflé). Ce qui nous a réellement dérangé c’est l’assaisonnement des plats et le personnel du service. En effet, les plats manquaient souvent d’assaisonnement. Nous avons presque rajouté du sel et poivre sur chaque assiette. Ce soir là, le restaurant était plein et les assiettes se suivaient avec une grande cadence. Les serveurs étaient sûrement dans le stress du bon fonctionnement de la soirée. Nous avons alors entendu un serveur dire haut et fort « ça me casse les couilles ». Cette phrase nous a refroidi complètement sur cette expérience qui avait pourtant bien commencé. En conclusion, nous avons apprécié la l’emplacement, l’ambiance sereine mais pas trop rigide, mais nous n’avons pas apprécié le manque de professionnalisme du personnel et le respect des quantités et l’assaisonnement au fil du menu.
