Excellent food, prepared with great attention to detail! The service is very friendly and helpful. A very pleasant atmosphere with plenty of space between guests.

Honestly, I rarely give a 5, but this one deserves it: - The atmosphere is fabulous, the photos speak for themselves, the view is breathtaking, everything is beautiful and well-orchestrated. - The food is very good, and I was completely blown away by the vanilla ice cream. At first glance, it's a "simple" scoop of white vanilla ice cream, which doesn't look particularly vanilla-flavored, but wow, it's so good! I think it's the best I've ever had: texture, flavor... incomparable; a 10/10 for this ice cream, don't change the recipe. What could have been better for the ice cream is a bit more texture, like crumble, vanilla/fleur de sel streusel, or a touch of pure vanilla praline... For a restaurant of this caliber, with the prices charged, I wouldn't have found that excessive, quite the opposite! But otherwise, the ice cream itself is perfect. As for the pre-desserts: a big disappointment. Unfortunately, I didn't like them at all... I saw in a photo that they offered a small, very vanilla-flavored tartlet a few months ago; it's a shame I missed it... it looks incredible. Even the dessert menu could have been a bit better and more extensive for the restaurant's level. It could have been a truly PERFECT experience with a slightly better dessert menu, offering a truly gourmet experience. The soufflés are great, and it's wonderful that they offer several flavors. I immediately went for the Tahitian vanilla, being a huge vanilla enthusiast, but I just didn't really taste the vanilla; perhaps the flavor could be more pronounced, in my opinion. Otherwise, apart from these few minor criticisms, the restaurant, the staff, the view, the quality—everything was perfect. Thank you for the lovely vanilla and red berry pavlova; it was excellent!

A wonderful first experience. We were welcomed at the Hôtel de Paris, right next to the casino, and our car was taken care of by a very pleasant valet! Then, the welcome at the restaurant was very warm. We were served by Ivan, a very pleasant and professional man with extensive experience. The sommelier also offered excellent advice. Our table was perfect with a breathtaking view of the casino square… our meal was delicious from start to finish. We particularly recommend the lobster and salmon appetizers, the fabulous fig soufflé for dessert, as well as the strawberry Arlette and the chocolate dessert. Thank you to the team for this wonderful family moment, made possible thanks to all of you! We will return during a future stay in Monaco.

The food was excellent, especially the steak, I only did not like the souffle. The service is superb, they even gave us a pair of pants so that we could fit the dress code! One of the best restaurants views I've ever seen.

Everything at Le Grill was spectacular! The service was perfection…one of the servers took several photos for us, another one brought me a pashmina because it was a bit windy sitting outside…they were so attentive to all of our needs. The food was so delicious…we got the lamb and the chicken and thoroughly enjoyed them both!

We had a truly amazing meal at Le Grill last week. The service was impeccable, the dining room and views were amazing and the food was fantastic. We ordered a wide variety of dishes including the signature starter San Remo Gamberoni, the risotto, blue lobster, giant ribeye steak, fish of the day and their souffle with Grand Marnier. Every dish's presentation was up to Michelin standards as was the flavor. Jackets are required for men at dinner which provides for a high level atmosphere. Now, this was an extremely expensive meal, but was well worth it. We will most certainly dine at Le Grill again next time we are in Monaco.

Must visit in Montecarlo. The views are amazing but not better than the food and service. Cheers!
