A very good experience at the Jardin d'Hiver restaurant for my partner's birthday. The place is magnificent, the staff very friendly and welcoming, and the food refined. I highly recommend it!

A magnificent restaurant in an incredible hotel.
We dined in the winter garden last night. The service was very good, but I do have a few comments.
First, my partner had requested the rare veal (even though it's not the ideal way to cook this type of meat), and it arrived very well-done. I don't know if the chef decided to ignore his request. As for me, I ordered the prawns. They were very good but very small; there were only six on my plate, which I find stingy for the price.

An exceptional setting for a restaurant that truly lives up to expectations. The service is professional, efficient, and pleasant. The dishes are sophisticated and refined! A genuine culinary adventure. This restaurant is a major name in Chantilly, without a doubt. A huge thank you!

The appetizer was very pleasant, and the main courses were also very good. For the price and the location, we would have expected more finesse or more flavor; the desserts lacked taste. However, we had a very enjoyable time in this beautiful setting.

lunch for 7 people, good quality food, very disappointing service: dry whisky served with ice, salad ordered with main course served too late, cutlery cleared away and falling on the floor, distant and really poor quality listening from the waiter.

An extraordinary experience yesterday... I loved it... a perfect marriage proposal, everyone played their part. The meal was high quality, extremely good, and very well presented. A big thank you to Imad, who was very kind, very professional, and who contributed to the well-being of our evening.
