Incredible find! We were recommended this place by a friend who lives in the area, and it was a great choice. They have a very well-prepared, healthy menu, truly committed to using local produce. We tried the lunchtime set menu for €25, and the value for money is exceptional. The team is super friendly and attentive. Highly recommended if you're looking for real, well-prepared food!

Absolutely delicious restaurant, a must-try! Original concept and very friendly staff – it was a pleasure to dine here.
I highly recommend the focaccia as a starter; it's superb.
I will definitely return on my next trip to Carcassonne.

Passing through Carcassonne, we were charmed by this completely unique restaurant in an unexpected setting (a housing estate).
From the welcome to the decor and the service, everything was excellent.
Excellent value for money. Finally, a place where you can eat cumin carrots! Everything is homemade!
And you can even take the decorations home with you! Everything is for sale... except the broom.

The place is outstanding. It's very picturesque. If you're looking for good food and to enjoy local products, you've come to the right place. The service is excellent; they are very friendly and fun. The risotto is superb, as is the foie gras, both excellent choices.

Really disappointed! I usually come here 2 or 3 times a year. The price increase on a good value menu is unjustified, and the wine, while good, is exorbitantly priced. You've lost a customer. Best of luck.
