The restaurant welcomes us into an absolutely charming setting, in the heart of one of the oldest houses in Saint-Jean-de-Luz. The location, steeped in history, contributes to making the experience unique from the very first moment. On the plate, everything is a true pleasure for the senses: the dishes are superbly presented, with obvious attention to detail. The presentations are impeccable, floral, colorful, and always elegant. Each plate is a small work of art. The flavors reflect refined research. The combinations are subtle, sometimes surprising, but always successful. As the dishes progress, we discover original and harmonious pairings, making this meal a true culinary exploration. The menu, designed as a journey, reveals itself to be a true culinary adventure, punctuated by beautiful surprises. At each step, we are captivated by the creativity and balance of flavors. An address that I recommend without reservation for all those who wish to live a gastronomic experience that is both tasty and singular.

Fantastic restaurant!!! The food was exquisite and the service was friendly (thank you, Maya) in a cozy dining room with impeccable service. We had the déjeuner menu (set menu), starting with a pleasant appetizer. For starters, we tried (and shared) the semi-cooked duck foie gras with Granny Smith apple and smoked eel... and the other starter was a free-range egg in a delicious white asparagus and pea rema. For the main course, I had an excellent hake with fregola risotto, seafood broth, sea fennel with candied lemon... a dish to savor surprising flavors. The other option I won't mention because I haven't tried it was duck fillet with glacé cherries. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality and innovation in the variety of flavors, as well as by the elegant simplicity of the dining room and the excellent table service. Highly recommended!!!

Beautiful, creative cuisine offering exceedingly aesthetic culinary presentations. It's beautiful, it's delicious; it's a shame that the wine selection by the glass is basic for prices that are anything but basic. €15 for an ordinary Iroulegui.

A must-see establishment for any gourmet passing through Saint-Jean-de-Luz. The service is impeccable, discreet and professional, the dishes are succulent and have nothing to envy, tastefully and visually speaking, of those prepared by the greatest chefs, the wines go perfectly with the dishes served... a moment of pure happiness! And what about the dessert, the soufflé… it borders on the sublime! A second star would be well deserved!
