Ideal location. The welcome and service were exceptional, attentive, and the overall experience was top-notch. The presentation of the dishes was magnificent, a feast for the senses, and the cuisine inventive. Culinary art. Thank you for this wonderful experience.

A very good restaurant located at the foot of Amboise Castle. Excellent cuisine with a warm welcome and service. The tasting menu was a wonderful discovery, with incredibly tasty dishes and a very good assortment of flavors. I highly recommend it.

Wonderful dining experience! The food, presentation and service were top notch and definitely one of the best in Amboise. Some reviews will say this is a tourist spot and I couldn’t disagree more. The only option is to dine inside and during a night of heavy rain, this was the perfect spot. Looking forward to our next visit!

We arrived on May 30th without a booking and were pleased to get a table. Older style French dining experience and all the better for it. We both had their three course 46 euro menu and have to say the food was the best we’ve tasted during our month in France. Each dish was put together with ingredients that you wouldn’t expect to be complimentary - how wrong can you be. The owners and staff were all very friendly and you would pay much higher for this standard of cuisine elsewhere. We can’t rate this restaurant high enough.
