For a good crêpe in Amboise, this is the best place. Both the savory and sweet crêpes are delicious.
However, I've been several times and I've noticed that we always have to pour our drinks into the water glass. This can be awkward when you also want a glass of water at the same time.

A very warm welcome with a smile, a lovely setting at the foot of the castle, and a delightful meal from start to finish, accompanied by excellent cider. All topped off with a bill offering very good value for money. In short, all the ingredients for a perfect meal.
One small suggestion for improvement: our aperitif, main course, and dessert were served in just 30 minutes... which might be a bit too rushed for some, as there was no time to digest between courses or truly relax.

The place is nice, it was busy but we were served immediately. Our order was taken quickly and the service was also at a good pace. We had a very good lunch, the galettes were delicious. I recommend it 😊😉

A very good crêperie located opposite the castle. Lovely terrace.

I've been to my fair share of crêperies, but I knew I was going to eat well here, but this was something else entirely.
Buckwheat crêpes, four-cheese crêpes, and butcher's crêpes, and for dessert, Nutella and Chantilly cream crêpes (classic) and speculoos crêpes (the sabayon was to die for).
A sure bet for a delicious meal.

Excellent crêperie at the foot of Amboise Castle that I highly recommend for its delicious and generous crêpes 😋. It was still busy when we arrived at 3 pm, but the waiter was friendly and patient. The menu is available in several languages for international visitors.
