We had a wonderful time at Le Manège. All of us residents of Besançon, we had never had the opportunity to try this restaurant. What a mistake! Between the intimate setting, impeccable service, and culinary journey, we had a wonderful time. I'm already looking forward to discovering the rest of the menu!
