As for the food... absolutely nothing to complain about, IMPRESSIVE... exceptional cuisine. For the price, go for it without hesitation. However, the service was terrible. We arrived between 12:30 and 12:00 instead of 12:00, and I simply asked if we could have a drink beforehand while we waited, and I was met with an incredibly rude reception from the owner... as I always say, you're not on vacation to be yelled at. It's a shame because, despite everything, the establishment is otherwise top-notch.

The cuisine and service are outstanding, especially exceptional, thanks to all the many extras offered. Four flavorful amuse-bouches followed. Then came a variety of breads served with spiced honey, homemade salt, Nepalese pepper, and spiced honey. All in all, a special delicacy and a new experience. Each course was a feast for the eyes and the palate. After dessert, three more delicacies were served. The wine list also impresses with its great variety.

We had an exceptional time at this restaurant! The €93 menu (as well as the €63 one) was absolutely delicious; each dish was a true delight. We came as a family, including our baby, and we were deeply touched by the kindness of the staff. A woman offered to hold our 4-month-old so we could enjoy our meal in peace; a rare and precious gesture for which we are extremely grateful. She cared for her with great gentleness and attention. From beginning to end, everything was perfect: the quality of the food, the impeccable service, the attentive waitresses, the warm welcome, and the beautiful setting. An experience we wholeheartedly recommend!

A magnificent lunch worthy of a Michelin-starred chef 🤩 Ordinary ingredients cooked in an extraordinary way – that's what makes the difference – all served warmly in an equally warm setting. An experience not to be missed!

Our first Michelin-starred experience, and we were delighted. Both the food and the accompaniments were excellent. Everything was in the details; the dishes were beautifully presented, and the flavors were surprising without being extravagant.

A refined and delicious menu. Attentive staff. A pleasant atmosphere.

We enjoyed a dinner for two (three-course wine pairing) with overnight accommodation and breakfast. It was a mixed experience, so I'll divide my review into two parts: - The restaurant: Excellent, original, and delicious dishes. High-quality service from friendly and professional staff. A warm atmosphere and a tastefully decorated, modern dining room. Overall, an experience I highly recommend. Excellent breakfast: varied and plentiful. - The hotel: This is where things fall short… The "La Vie en Roses" room on the ground floor has large bay windows opening directly onto the restaurant terrace and then onto the dining room just behind it. Privacy is definitely lacking… The decor is outdated, with flowers painted directly onto antiquated appliances that seem to have been there for ages and, more importantly, why. The noisy refrigerator kept us awake at night, and it had nothing to justify its existence, like a mini-bar. The television cable, dangling in mid-air, is haphazardly concealed by a piece of fabric and elastic bands, which is decidedly unprofessional… And then, the pièce de résistance: the bathroom! Where to begin? Outdated decor, but above all, a completely shameful and deplorable lack of hygiene! I've attached photos where you'll particularly appreciate the mold in the shower tray and on the grout, the shower gel provided in a plastic container that looks like it was reused from someone else's bathroom, and the poor-quality shower curtain, angled to barely protect the rest of the bathroom from splashes since there's no proper shower tray! It's probably very practical for people with reduced mobility, but if you're not one of them, you'll be fuming at the prospect of a flooded shower. The sink was also outdated, and a special mention goes to the hand towel, which looked like it had been through a war (photo attached). All of this gives an impression of dirtiness and superficial cleaning, making it extremely uninviting. It clashes dramatically with the elegant and convivial atmosphere of the restaurant, which is a real shame. I should add that we were greeted with a sort of esoteric booklet whose purpose was unclear. Furthermore, the twin beds were pushed together, which is rather inappropriate in a "luxury suite" for a couple... it's more like an Ibis hotel. In short, we highly recommend the restaurant, but avoid the hotel itself!

We thank the chef and his entire team for this lunch that took us on a culinary journey. The service was excellent. We will be back next year. Delphine

Superb experience at this Michelin-starred restaurant ⭐️ We tried the famous "cheapest menu in France for a Michelin-starred restaurant," which we'd heard about on several cooking shows, particularly on France Inter, and we weren't disappointed. The menu is a set menu for €29.90, including a starter, main course, and dessert. Stick to this if you don't want the bill to skyrocket. After reading other reviews, we were worried, but you can get away with spending around €100 for two if you're careful. Indeed, a bottle of mineral water is €12.90, no bottle of wine is under €70, and a glass of wine is €15, not to mention the espresso at €8.90 😱 but it's a Michelin-starred restaurant!! We opted for the wine pairing at €22 for two glasses of wine per person, and it was perfect 👌🏻 We ate very well, both in terms of quality and quantity, and the bill came to €103 for two, which is more than reasonable for a Michelin-starred restaurant 👍🏻 Thank you to the team, who were very pleasant, smiling, and attentive 🥰

Extremely nice staff. Food is divine. Room was "dans son jus" as expected 😀. We had a great time!
