A warm welcome and top service. The dishes are copious, fresh and well presented. Located at the top of Chatel near the old Douane, less than a kilometer from Switzerland.

Don't hesitate to open the door of Monchu. A typical restaurant with an atypical decor. You are welcomed there like a friend to have a drink or eat a regional dish. The service is fast and the staff very pleasant and the cuisine is as good as the view of Lake Vonnes is beautiful. If you’re in the area don’t miss this address!!

A treat! We went to the “Monchu” restaurant twice during our stay to enjoy a fondue and a TRADITIONAL raclette! Top quality products! Very warm welcome! And a sublime view of Lake Vonnes! I recommend, without hesitation!

Good service, nice setting. However, I did not find that the cold meats were up to par (average quality and quantity) nor the quantity of potatoes available for a raclette. I ate some of the best in Bordeaux for example. This is the only downside I found.

Hotel Le Roitelet

22/10/2024: Very good vacation! Warm welcome. The quality of the meals was there. TOP desserts. Ideal location for going skiing (Shuttle right at the entrance to the hotel). Very pleasant moment THANK YOU :)
