We had a small lunch here on Sunday. The service was friendly and quick, the food was served promptly, and it tasted very good. The prices are reasonable. We really enjoyed it.

A lovely place for aperitifs, the ideal hangout for nerds. The veranda offers a lovely view of the charming main street of Semur-en-Auxois, and the interior is also beautiful. A Jedi dreamer's paradise.

The service is okay and the food is unremarkable. The prices are also okay, but the restaurant doesn't accept restaurant vouchers, which is an absolute aberration. I don't recommend it.

Super friendly staff, very cheap menu with an unusual setting... I really liked it but I'm giving it a score of 3 because the croque monsieur was very light, barely a slice of ham. It would be better to put it at 7/8 euros and have a real thing with a real salad not just bits of green leaves. I say this to improve. But very good memory of this magnificent city

25/11/2025: Excellent! The only downside was that I asked for some fries to try and was charged an extra €6...without being told beforehand! Expensive fries!!!
14/11/2025: A beautiful establishment, steeped in history and tastefully decorated. The home-style cooking is excellent; the calf's head is superb, the freshwater fish dishes are delicious, and the desserts are delightful. The wine list is lovely and original. The place looks very inviting for a drink with friends and a few board games. All this in the picturesque heart of Semur-en-Auxois, a small town we love. We will be back.
