06/03/2026: The restaurant is beautiful, tastefully decorated, and creates an atmosphere that is both informal, refined, and relaxing. The service, young and attentive without being overly formal, was also a particularly pleasant aspect for us. We had a very enjoyable evening and immediately felt at ease. The cuisine is of high quality: each dish clearly seems carefully considered, with a beautiful balance of both flavors and textures. Some flavor combinations didn't entirely suit our personal taste, while still acknowledging the work and research behind each dish. In particular, we found the use of cilantro in three dishes rather overpowering for our palate. Overall, it remains a very enjoyable culinary experience that we readily recommend.

06/03/2026: We had lunch at this restaurant at midday; it was a gift from our children. Overall, it was satisfactory, even though it adheres to modern cuisine with small portions. However, with the cheese option, we didn't leave feeling unsatisfied. The major drawback was the beetroot starter, which had a strong earthy taste. Even the accompanying sauce couldn't compensate for this pronounced flavor. Starters should be made with an affordable ingredient that is less divisive in taste. A Michelin-starred restaurant should pay attention to the clarity of its menus, the most difficult aspect being the time commitment.
