Le Paï-Sho sur Dijon

While passing through Dijon in September, I stopped off at this tea house. If the place does not shine with its decoration, the main thing lies in its beautiful tea menu (varied and with some nice vintages) and in the welcome (very pleasant) and the knowledge of its owner. I found my happiness with good quality Chinese tea and two flavored oolongs which were very good too. Don't hesitate to take a look if you are tired of the city's big franchises like the Palais des Thés or Damman

First chocolate/tea workshop done a few days ago, my taste buds have not recovered ☺️ a real discovery with very sweet pairings! Looking forward to the next experience 😉

One of the best tea shops in the world. The owner is super friendly and speaks perfect English. Highly recommend visiting and broaden your tea horizon.

Are you looking for a nice tea room? I can only recommend the Paï-Sho Quiet atmosphere, inexpensive for very good quality tea, Japanese pastries and passionate staff, truly superb!

Une excellente boutique de thé, dans laquelle on trouve vraiment une qualité d'exception. Le vendeur a énormément de connaissances sur ses produits. J'ai participé à plusieurs de leurs ateliers de dégustation et c'est une expérience incroyable à chaque fois !

(I would like to modify my opinion which was not sufficiently developed) A tea room which offers a myriad of qualitative and surprising things - so many interesting discoveries during these last months of frequent attendance -, but above all; a dedicated, passionate, very friendly owner open to all discussions. His advice, framed by very exhaustive explanations, always hits the mark! The place itself is a little cramped but that's what I personally like, preferring to avoid large, crowded and noisy spaces as much as possible. What is good to know is that it also offers pastries and mochi made by Mochi-Mochi linked to the theme of tea. A little more mixed on this point (as to the choice of flavor combinations offered) even if the quality cannot be denied (purely subjective point of view). To summarize: a business which houses an exceptional range of products and a more than pleasant atmosphere. THANKS ! :)
