A very pleasant atmosphere; we dined inside as it was a bit chilly. The chicken tagine with preserved lemon was delicious and generous, as was the merguez couscous. The service was very good, considering the terrace was packed and the decor was really lovely. We had a brief visit from the owner, a charming gentleman, followed by a very friendly chef. We will gladly return; it's a great place.

Unfortunately, a disappointment. The staff was quickly overwhelmed – they expected to take drink and food orders within one minute of handing out the menus. The owner is very friendly, but it's no use if the pizza is advertised with the wrong ingredients. Merguez is not chorizo. Overall, a well-intentioned 3 out of 5.

A family-run restaurant where you feel warmly welcomed. Original dishes that stand out in the Montalivois culinary scene, prepared with considerable flair.
It was a delicious and generous experience, accompanied by a very good Moroccan wine.
I highly recommend it.

We ate there with three children. The price was perfectly reasonable for the location! The tagine dishes were particularly outstanding. Simply superb and highly recommended. The service was equally excellent. Not only did they speak English, but they also explained the dish to us so we didn't accidentally order the wrong thing. They also got top marks for their handling of children! The restaurant was clean and tidy overall. We'll definitely be back!

Below is my review from 7 years ago: Nothing has changed, the owners are still there and friendly, and the service is great too!
The food is good and plentiful; try the lamb shank couscous if you don't believe me.

Fair prices for a seaside resort, and a wide selection for families.
Very welcoming and quick service. The homemade tagines are very good, and the pizzas are tasty.
A good place to go if you want to avoid any unpleasant surprises.

I don't understand the negative reviews about this restaurant because we thoroughly enjoyed our meals; whether it was the tagine, couscous, or pizza. We highly recommend this restaurant. The staff and the food are excellent.
